Nonlinear emission in CsPbBr3 decorated metasurfaces

Halide perovskites are extremely interesting semiconductors for innovation in optoelectronics and photovoltaics. In particular, they efficient emitters of both incoherent coherent light and, therefore, interest as active materials lasers, amplification systems (resonators waveguides), other photonic devices. Here, we present a set experimental results concerning nonlinear effects the radiative emission CsPbBr3 films deposited by spin-coating on silicon substrate metasurfaces realized microspheres having core SiO2 shell TiO2 (T-Rex). We evidence presence amplified spontaneous which, depending sample structure, shows different behavior function excitation power. distinguish between two processes: randomly arranged quite ordered distribution nanocrystals around resonator.
